Meet Rob McGuire and Chris Herbst, full time Tampa Bay Realtors with years of successful real estate sales and marketing experience.

Rob has lived in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and New York and is a member of Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council (ALC), Keller Williams Luxury Division, Keller Williams Rainbow Network, and the National Association of Realtors. Originally from Rochester, New York, he worked in the digital media advertising sales and marketing field in New York City, holding various positions on Madison Avenue working with the leading Fortune 500 companies. He enjoys cooking, the arts, attending local sporting events, exploring Florida's beautiful gulf coast. 

Chris was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and is a graduate of Temple University.  Beginning his career with a national department store chain, he moved up the corporate ladder before embarking on a career in real estate. Chris brings over 12 years of real estate expertise to the McGuire Home Team. With a history of making each transaction go smoothly, he strives to create long term relationships based on trust, support and customer service.  From the initial meeting to the closing, Chris will guide you through every aspect of your home sale or purchase. He enjoys the beach, dining out, traveling and spending time with his daughter, friends, and family.
